Why dont they simply copy the app of their skyteam partners KLM or Air France? There they find all functionality that is needed. The Aeroméxico app is full of errors and lacks important features. Unfortunately there is no alternative.
This app doesnt work, checkin just gives an error code (not even a friendly error message). I had to check in on their website instead. Garbage

The app is pretty much abandoned by Aeromexico
- The App lags. - Takes several attempts to recognize a frequent flyer number from another airline (Skyteam), at least it does, in their website its impossible to do so. - Wallet function not available even if it says so, every time you try to add the boarding pass to Wallet the app says that theres is a problem with the internet connection. Aeromexico executives, fire your developer team, hire a new one. And download (and use) the app from another airline to see how thing are done properly. Please Apple, remove these useless app from the App Store.
App wont accept their own loyalty program, it says the number is invalid, but its not. Add to Apple Passbook button gives error that there is not internet available when there is actually internet available. Worst mobile experience Ive ever had with any airline. Period. Worst.
**If youre having trouble adding your FFN try submitting it without leading zeroes** That is only one of many, many things that could be done to actually give a nice UX in this app, let alone the things that do not work, such as the Add to wallet button. That single feature is a deal breaker for me and I will, like many, investigate if it works before choosing Aeromexico on top of any other (if there is a choice to make) airline in the future.
This is the worst app from the airlines in normally use. This is not a review, is a complain!
I dont see the reason to use or download the app. Cant do checkin, cant have a mobile pass, cant redeem... ok... if you are interested in "corporate" information... its ok. Cant believe that the "leading" airline from Mexico has the worst app out there.
App behaves erratically. You cant even sign in or use guest access. App is completely broken and the developers dont seem to care or do anything about it.
Developer should be embarrassed releasing it.
Downloaded it to do the mobile check-in. When introducing your personal information it jumps to the next cell and you dont see what to be introduced in that cell. With other words, you must be careful and look in advance what to introduce or youll have to do it over and over again. Bottom line, at the end I just got the message that mobile check-in would not be possible and Id have to visit the counter. My experience with the app is that it took a while to introduce the data and the result was unsatisfactory. Just deleted the app again.
Doesnt give you the scan code option. Completes checking without option of seat selection.
I cant sign up, it keeps on giving me an error message. And theres no way to log in using my "AeroMexico Club Premier" account.
How can a company release an app like this? Full of bugs, useless. Do you care about customers? Ill uninstall the app and will try to avoid buying tickets from Aeromexico.
One must set up an additional account (does not allow club premier credentials used as log in) Club Premier functionality is limited to balance. No transaction activity, nothing else. Requires lots of information for check in that other airlines typically dont require which makes it cumbersome to use
