Great app

Great improvement over previous version. Has a nice, sleek iOS 7-based design. Stores your basic info so you won’t retype it every time. Check-in is a snap also when you buy tickets from it. The app is good in its response times and navigation is fast too. Could use some enhancements to add more features, however its a great app overall.

Junk

Typical of AMs web presence. Cumbersome and poorly designed. Mobile check-in has not worked since the new version of the app came out. AM knows this but apparently doesnt care.

Great App. Clean simple and smooth

This app is as good as the best in the category. Good clean design and smooth. Some screen messages are confusing but I guess that would be fixed. Increase font size a bit.

The worst!!!

This has been so far the worst experience that I have to deal with when it comes to my family members are traveling. I live in Las Vegas NV, my son is 7 years old and I decided to send him to Mexico for summer vacations, well I paid $100 for someone to take care of him. I was told they were going to take good care of him. Which it came to be ok, well I had bought some presents for my family members in Mexico. I had to pay extra for baggage, which for me its not a problem I understand. Well I was told by the agency and by an employee of this airline that they would help him carry the baggage, that this is why I was paying the $100 (usd). When my son got to my family in Mexico my Mother was told, that next time we send him we need to watch the baggage since he would have to carry it on his own, that she felt bad for him and that she was doing him a favor, a courtesy. Of course I was mad to this kind of behavior from the airline. Well I let it swing by, I thought to my self its ok. Well 1 month after my brother needs to travel regarding an emergency. He didnt even had baggage it was a cooler and a 12 pound backpack, well they wouldnt allow him to take the cooler up in the plane with him. Which is reasonable we like to follow the policys. Ok well we figured something to have the cooler down and the backpack up. There is this lady that wanted us to pay $50 for extra baggage, we were not exceeding baggage. She made our lives impossible that night. I CANT EVEN EXPRESS TO YOU HOW FRUSTRATED I FEEL! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST AIRLINE SO FAR, WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE NEVER, NEVER WOULD I TRAVEL AGAING WITH THEM. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ON THERE AIRLINE THINK ABOUT IT AGAING! You can end up frustrated like I did. I gave them a star but if it was on me I wouldnt even give them one.

Nothing works

The app cannot connect to server. I am unable to sign up or log in as a guest! Very useless.

Not useful

This app does not support mobile check in - it appears to begin checkin process but terminates with an error and instructs to check in on the web site instead. Limited use.

Worst airline app

This app not only a different user from your Club Premier account, making the check in is a disaster and does not keep your ticket and, the most terrible of all, does not show your Club Premier account. Its really un useful.

Useless!

Quality of this app is the absolute worst. Compare it to any other carrier and youll see why for yourself. Hope the service of their aircraft isnt equivalent to the level they service their customers online. Wont fly them again if I can avoid it

Complex and useless

Asks for way too much personal info then tells you to check in with the website or at the airport: totally defeats the purpose of the app.

Absolutely useless app, save yourself the hassle 1. Asking to many personal questions 2. If you want to add boarding pass to passbook--- forget it! It wont happen, wont work 3. Check In? HA!

Passbook never works

Aeromexico clubpremier titanium member and I try to use this horrible app every week, but it rarely works. I have never successfully sent a boarding pass to passbook. I wish Aeromexico would get it together

Unattached

Well, I guess I was hoping that everyone else was exaggerating about how awful the app was. Its unbelievable that such a huge company would have so many silos of information. I should be able to enter my Club Premier username and password and have access to all the information on my existing profile. It seems like none of their systems talk to each other. Waste of my time. Keep on trying AM.

Does NOT work

Have to enter a ton of information to attempt to check-in only to get an error at the very end. Would give it zero/negative stars if possible. Absolute garbage and waste of time.

If youre looking for a 1960s app, this is it. Clueless!

If i could give it 0 stars...

Despite the reviews, i downloaded the app hoping that AM had improved it given the feedback. Its more like a website rather than an app - shd be easier to manage with more concise functions yet it fails on every requirement. No "manage my flights" function, only a "book" or a "check in", the latter couldnt even find my reservation. Its unbelievable in this day and age to have an app that is as bad as this one- this isnt rocket science people! Take a leaf out of your partner Deltas book that has a top rated app and invest some money in this...

Unbelievable bad

It is really unbelievable how this app is so bad. Its worthless. There should be exceptions to rate cero stars. Dont loose your time with it.

This app is TERRIBLE! Cant check in mobile, cant set my Premier Account. Always says there was an error. Compared to other carriers this app is by far the worst
